I was flipping channels when i was about 9 years old and I saw a skit called French Camp. All I remember was that it was funny and if you were bad they put you in “le Box”. I haven’t seen it since
Gilda as Rosanarosanadana
Garrett saying “Baseball been very good to me”
Quarry Cereal
the All-Star music gatherings where every cast member plays a rock star (Farley as Mama Cass)
Massive Head Wound Harry and the dog who ate his makeup.
Always liked the one with Stevie Wonder and the tennis pro demonstrating the Cannon camera: “So easy, even Stevie Wonder can use it!”
“High School Liar’s Club” with Luke Perry, I could never quit laughing at that one.
Michael Jordan as Sweet River Baines, “The First Black Harlem Globetrotter.”
Christopher Walken as “Ed Glosser, Trivial Psychic.”
Mel Gibson as “Sheriff Josh Acid.”
Bill Murray as “The Whipmaster.”
Woody Harrelson on the beach with all the freaks was pretty funny: “I have a bit of an outie.”
Just to name a few.
Bathroom Monkey starring Janeanne Garofalo. I first saw
the skit earlier this year on Comedy Central, and it’s
one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.
I think that was Samurai Stockbroker - I remember a chart on the wall and somebody jumping out the window.
Their parody of The Omen was later on that same show (in which Chevy Chase says “Don’t forget to turn out the priest”). Yes, other cast members were sporting sympathy bandages.
Based on an actual commercial! Stevie Wonder said “If I could see, I’d use a Pioneer LaserDisc Player.” (or some video product.)
Lots of my favorites have already been mentioned. I really liked the Samurai sketches, too.
Here’s a few more that no one has mentioned which I really loved:
“Christopher Walken’s Psychic Friend’s Network” with Jay Mohr as Christopher Walken. “Why aren’t you calling? We have Gary Busey here! He suffered a massive head wound, and for what? For YOU?”
“The Joe Pesci Show” - the two episodes with DeNiro on them - one played by Alec Baldwin and another with John Goodman. They were hilarious.
“Toonces - the Cat Who Could Drive a Car”.
“Massive Headwound Harry”
Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin get my vote as the two best hosts they ever had.
ALEX: Colors for 400; what color is this? (it was red)
BURT REYNOLDS (played by Norm MacDonald): chewing his gum and looking upward to the left and right Yeah. That’s a square.
