Best PCI-e gaming video card for around $ 100?

Windows 7 PC with PCI-e adapter running Windows 7 64 bit OS. What’s the most bang for the buck in a gaming video card around $100?

Tom’s Hardware publishes a monthly best card for the price range list, as well as a hierarchy. Hereis the November list. For about $100 the one listed is: Radeon HD 7750

Tomshardware guide is excellent, but subtract $20-50 from their prices (after rebate) - IE, if you want to spend $100, you should wait/find a sale on a Radeon 7770, which can be found regularly for $100-110 (and was $70 after rebate during black friday at some point). Check slickdeals.net.
IE, for example:
http://www.microcenter.com/product/403019/R7770-PMD1GD5_AMD_Radeon_HD_7770_GHz_Edition_1024MB_GDDR5_PCIe_30_x16_Video_Card
is $100AR if you have a Microcenter nearby.
Was $90AR on newegg but is currently out of stock.

I’ve seen the 650Ti at or under $100 as well.

Probably the best price/performance card is the Radeon 7850 1GB. I’ve seen that for $150 regularly -$155 today (XFX Core Edition Radeon HD 7850 Video Card FX-785A-ZNL4 - Newegg.com

Edit to add - 7850 recommended because it will play virtually all current games at 1920x1080 (some with reduced detail settings).

Thanks for responses!
