My SIL and I just got new phones, and I’m charged with finding us car chargers and maybe screen protectors. There are a million places out there to buy these items for 50% less than Verizon was selling them, but every site looks skeevy. Even Buy.com and Amazon look skeevy since it’s all marketplace sellers.
Anyone have a site they can recommend? We have LG Cosmos Touch phones, fwiw.
I always find someone on eBay with a reasonable number of positive comments. Shipping can take two or three weeks as many of the sellers are in Hong Kong. Everything has always arrived and was as described. Prices are even lower than Amazon.
I also use eBay. I’ve gotten screen protectors from a vendor in Calif. who ships fast, named lcd-protectors.
I love DayDeal.com. I’ve bought every cell accessory for the last three phones from there, so, 6 years of satisfied purchasing from them.

lcd-protectors - http://stores.ebay.com/lcd-protectors . Get more than one in case it goes on wrong or it’s cut a bit over or something. They’re cheap enough in the 2 or 3 packs.
On Amazon, even marketplace sellers have feedback. And you’re protected by Amazon’s guarantee. Or you can search for Amazon.com-only items.
eBay is much the same.

I use Monoprice for chargers and the like. It might be possible to get things slightly more cheaply on ebay, but I prefer to spend the extra dollar and get something I know will work. I order cables and other miscellanea occasionally though, so it’s only natural to toss in a microUSB cable.
You can also limit your search to “USA only”. There’s still plenty of sellers that come up that way.
Not sure if you know, but you don’t need to buy a charger for that specific phone. You just need a micro USB charger. I mention this in case you don’t know - as it opens up a lot more options if you search for “micro USB car charger” vs “LG cosmos touch car charger”. I know you already picked a place, but just mentioning it.
The micro USB charger is becoming the most universal out there - so it wouldn’t surprise me if many people are buying another car charger that they don’t need to as they already have one that will work from a different phone.
