I bought my camcorder less than a year ago from Circuit City. I dropped it and it doesn’t work anymore. Since I don’t think accidents are covered by the warranty, where is the best place to take the camcorder to get fixed?
Well it sure as hell wouldn’t be Circuit City, most of their service people are barely qualified to write up the service ticket.
Consult the web for the factory service centers for your brand of camcorder. Or look for a list of service centers in the warranty info that came with your camera.
