Oh man, I totally have to try that. I love sweet and savoury mixes.
My own recipe is a little vague, but absolutely delicious-
bake 4 or five sweet potatoes and half-to-one clove of garlic, cool, and skin everything.
Mash 'em all up (the garlic should come apart while mashing, but chunks of it are okay, too, and quite mild) good with a bit of chicken broth.
Add a few tablespoons of brown sugar and ground coriander. Here’s the good part- add some crumbly goat’s cheese (the rindless kind) and a few dashes of balsamic vinegar. If it’s too bland, just keep adding a little bit of coriander, cheese and balsamic until it tastes right.
