Good Morning America
I could spend most of the night listening to many of them. Almost all that I would have chosen have already been posted, but for your consideration:
There have been many Sonic the Hedgehog cartoons and themes, but for me the first one was the best-concise, punchy, and told you what to expect: Sonic the Hedgehog: The Animated Series Theme Song (HQ) - YouTube
And while most of the music for Star Trek shows have been quite well done, my own personal favorite is this one: - YouTube
Since I enjoy a bit of Foo Fighters the theme to Ed is good for me
Here is the full track, Next Year, with the official Foo Fighters video
The theme to Peep Show is another genuine track that I like. Peep Show credits
And the full track Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger
TCMF-2L
Never cared for the Addams Family song. But love the guitar work at the beginning of The Munsters theme.

Plenty of great entries in this thread, but here is one of the BEST ever!
They made a joke on that in Hot in Cleveland in which several characters played by actors who had been on that show were getting together but Mary would not be able to join them, but then they saw her waiting for them at the restaurant and the Betty White character says “looks like she made it after all”.
Did you know it has lyrics?
I didn’t know that, but according to the comments, it seems these were just improvised by Ella. As much as I love Ella, I much prefer the original.
Wow! Thanks for sharing that!
The best song from Then Came Bronson was Long Lonesome Highway, sung by Michael Parks (the star of the show). It was used as outro music (i.e. it was played at the end of each show, not the beginning). It made it to #20 on the Billboard pop charts in 1970.
Some of my favorites:
Believe It or Not, theme song of The Greatest American Hero, made it to #2 on the Billboard pop charts in 1981:
The Wild Wild West:
The Name of the Game:
The Rockford Files, made it to #10 on the Billboard pop charts in 1975:
The Virginian:
Secret Agent Man, made it to #3 on the Billboard pop charts in 1966:
The A Team:
The Bugs Bunny Show:
