Best uncredited movie performance

Debra Winger as Emmet (God, sort of) in Alan Rudolph’s Made in Heaven.

Sorry but what movies are we talking about here?

Bruce Willis in Four Rooms.

Star Wars IV, V, and VI.

I could have sworn he was uncredited in all three of the original movies, but according to IMDB he was only uncredited in Episodes III and V.

I’d also like to mention Emmy Rossum for her work in Mystic River, as Sean Penn’s daughter Katie Markum.

Chevy Chase in “Hero”. At least, that was Chevy Chase’s best movie role.

Don Cheadle in the Ocean’s 11 remake.

Gene Hackman in Young Frankenstein .

**Darrin McGavin ** as psychic Gus Sands in The Natural

Hackman got screen credit i the closing titles. I remember, because it surprised the heck out of me when I saw it. The IMDB confirms he was credited.

imdb.com doesn’t say her role was uncredited. Am I missing something?

It wasn’t credited in the original theatrical release of the film, IIRC. I had to get on IMDB afterwards to figure out who she was.

She may have been credited for the DVD release, since she’s also made Phantom of the Opera. I don’t know if IMDB would differentiate between the two versions.

I just checked the screen credits of Mystic River from the American Film Institute Catalog of Motion Pictures — Emmy Rossum got ninth billing in the theatrical release. Someone who did not get screen billing was Eli Wallach as the liquor store owner.
