Best US city for seasonal allergies?

I got clobbered by pollen this year. I’ve been sensitive to it for decades, but this year was the worst. I wouldn’t mind moving to another city.

But where? Is it better in the desert? Vegas? Phoenix? I won’t rule out Barrow Alaska after another year like this one. What’s a good US city for avoiding pollen, ragweed, etc.?

I heard that Phoenix and Las Vegas, which used to be the good cities for allergy sufferers, have lost their titles. People moving into these cities have increased irrigation and plant growth and they now have relatively high pollen counts. Utah is now supposedly the place to go to avoid allergies.

Anywhere north of the artic circle should be nearly alergen free. Alaska should be fine.

Desert not in big cities should also be good.

Coastal areas - if you can live right on the beach more or less- are good. When I have problems breathing I drive to a few beaches around here and breathe the sea air and take a long walk. Does wonders.
