I’m building a bamboo fountain and am trying to find the beat way to preserve the look and integrity of the bamboo I am using.
A spray would be easier, but brushing on some kind of preservative would be an option.
A plastic hose will run through most of the hollowed out bamboo so there won’t be much direct contact with the pumped water, but the fountain will be out in the weather. I’m in southern California, so there’s no frost or snow, but we do get rain.
