My son collected headlines from recent world events and would like to know the best way to preserve them. Any suggestions?
Light Impressions sells a paper preservative called “Bookkeeper” that I’ve used in the past to good effect. It neutralizes the acids in paper to prevent or stop yellowing and disintegration.
Big drawback is it’s not cheap. For close to $100, they have a newspaper scrapbooking kit that includes an 8 oz. bottle. An 8 oz. bottle of the stuff on its own is $45. But it is effective.
