In the next couple of years, I expect to probably buy a house or a condo. What are the best websites or other references so I can begin my research as to the actual process.

I work in commercial mortgage backed securities and finance blahblahblah but am not your lawyer. However, I quite like reading that site and used to read it avidly when I first graduated and had a whole bunch of shit dumped on me that I didn’t even understand (I never took any finance or transactional classes in law school).
I think it gives a pretty good overview of single family transactions.
