So we are just ignoring the Epstein Island stuff? As what the witnesses aren’t credible?
I mean unless the New York Post sought him out for the question? But still if I was Biden’s campaign wouldn’t you say do us a favor and don’t comment on the campaign.
I have no clue why he was quoted in that article. Apparently, neither do you. But deciding a quote in the Post makes him a campaign spokesman is kinda out there.
Okay Okay LOL I guess it doesn’t matter… 330 million people to quote and they choose one that’s been actually accused of messing around on the island and at his estate in New Mexico. Guess Biden does have it locked up after all.
Well, some news source did (I’ve seen that quote all over the news media). Why would you assume otherwise?
He’s just another ex-politician, one who has happened to have been in that position before. So some reporter with a connect reached out for a quote on where the vetting process likely was so he’d have something to write and Richardson obliged with his opinion on the record. Ex-politicians maybe even more regular politicians love to talk politics and have attention paid to them. I’m sure nobody had to twist Richardson’s arm to get him to hold forth at length.
None of which has anything to do with Biden’s campaign which so far as I can tell has no direct connection to Richardson. What are they going to do? Find every hinky, corrupt Democrat that has been in the news for the last couple of decades and ask them to please not respond to any questions regarding Biden? “C’mon Mr. Blagojevich, if anyone asks just say you’ve never heard of this Biden guy.”
There’s no need to waste space here actually responding to Trumpy straw-graspers. As always, your post was well reasoned and written — I’m just suggestion you save it for on-topic matters
I almost wonder if Biden won’t be forced to choose someone not previously in the discussion, just because the Democratic rank and file tears apart their own candidates. Women like Kamala Harris and Susan Rice have been under constant fire… by Democrats. At least Whitmer hasn’t been in the crosshairs of her own party for months.
Honestly, all I am saying is this is the most important Presidential election in my 50 plus years I’m sure a lot of people agree. Nothing needs to muck it up, nothing. If Biden wins his VP will likely be President at some point in the next 4 years, so this has to be perfect and yes there are always undecided people out there to potentially convert.
This is actually pretty important. Under normal circumstances, it’s understood that elected officials sometimes run for office, either the one they have or a different one. It’s a given that when this happens, the day to day will be delegated. But it’s NOT normal times right now. I’d be pretty pissed if I had a competent governor and they were suddenly distracted by a national campaign. Making Michigan feel neglected didn’t work out great last time.
