In general is there ever anything “in it” for a medium to large business to take on a certain benefit plan like a medical insurance provider or something like that other than maybe a fancy lunch or two meeting with the sales rep.
I am curious because I may find myself in the position of helping promote a benefit plan and I was curious if there were any dopers who might share what some of those incentives might have been, on or off the books, by PM if desired.
Just want to make sure I don’t walk into the situation and leave with an HR manager thinking “What a dick, the last guy offered to send me to their insurance training center on Maui for two weeks”
