Does anyoen know where I can download the Roger Patterson Bigfoot footage? It has strict copywrights on it, so its not freely available. I’de like to use a piece of it for project. I’de order the A&E video from Amazon, but I need it in a few days. Feel free to e-mail me about it.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but because it has all sorts of copyrights, aren’t you asking where you can steal a copy? This might not be the best place to ask that question.
That said, I might be nuts and your project might fall into the “fair use” category. If so, I apologize for any implication of wrong doing.

It makes a pretty good case that the whole thing was a joke, and that the “bigfoot” was just a guy in a suit made by a well-known special effects artist. If the article is correct, this is kind of an open secret among special effects people in the movie industry.
