bingo pinball machines

in the 50’s & 60’s we used to play pin ball machines that paid off. there were nickel & dime machines and you got 5 balls and if you put them in a particular order you were rewarded with points and each point was worth the original price, a dine or a nickel.
my favorite game was one called “OK” it was a progressive machine in that the more you put in the more it paid off. are these machines still around and where can I play them? It the 80’s I went to Reno and found one on the second floor of a casino/bar and played it for hours. thanks in advance for any info… john

Were they the ones with a backlit board featuring all the numbers?

The numbers would light up when the ball fell ( or was shaken ) into a hole and if you got a sequence you were rewarded with the appropriate money prize.

Only ever saw them in pool halls and theey were owned and operated by the maf…er… local colorful identity. Haven’t seen one since the early 70s.
