Bizarre TV commercial

I heard the strangest ad yesterday. So strange I had to rewind to make sure I heard it right. It might help if you read this in a tough-guy, gravelly voice.

“Toyata Tacoma is not only the best truck for the money, it’s the best truck for the mud. The snow. The water. The air. The rocks. Your life. And… The dirt!”

What an odd list. Which one of these things doesn’t belong?

“Best”?

So we finally get a flying car, and it’s a Toyota pickup?

Maybe it just means it’s aerodynamic?

Couldn’t best for the air indicate lowest emissions?

Maybe it was “your hair”. Or “your ears.” Or “the heir”. Or “the era.”

When the narrator said that, there was an image of the truck speeding over a small hill and being airborne for a second. Always recommended while hauling heavy loads.
