I’m curious why you dind’t even mention the most obvious. In Jewish sacrafice you could only sacrifice the 1st born and non blemished sheep for sacrifice… that means NO BLACK SHEEP…
Keeping with the same idea… Jesus is refered to as the lamb of God and is white as snow… also Jesus said “I am the light, in me there is no darkness”
You don’t need another resource… you don’t even need to leave the house… just look in the nightstand for the complementary bible that comes with it… yes blow off the dust… then read it!
Link to Staff Report being discussed: black sheep
Peewee, it helps if you provide a link to the Report you’re commenting on, helps keep everyone on the same page… especially two weeks later, say, when the Staff Report isn’t immediately obvious.
sorry about that… this was my 1st message… I’m jsut getting the hang of this place… do you happen to know how I can add those quotes taht have the bars around them?
See at the bottom of the page where it says “vB code is On” ? Click on that there linkamajig any time, and All Will Be Revealed. The Quote tag is about 3/4 of the way down the page.
Good point about the black sheep, also. Welcome to the Boards!
I’m not sure, but I had always thought that the requirement that the animal you sacrifice be “without blemish” meant that it couldn’t have any rashes or skin diseases. Do you have any evidence to show that, generally, the color of the animal was important?
