Now really isn’t the time to talk about Black Lives Matter, or the ACLU. There’s a lot of heated feelings right now, and we don’t really know what happened.

Let’s let the investigations proceed, and maybe in a few months or years we can have a rational discussion about this.

This just makes me sick. BLM has a noble cause, but their leadership sucks really bad.

Do they even have a leadership? Do they have an official spokesperson? Suppose you wanted to sue BLM, who would you serve papers to? If you wanted to personally congratulate, or persecute, BLM members in America, where would you get the list? BLM is more than a slogan and an inspiration, but is far from being an organized entity. Hence, it is pretty stupid to say “BLM says this” or “BLM did that”.

So, stop being stupid. Today would be good, tomorrow will do.

Alumni is the plural form. Alumnus is the masculine singular form. Alumnae is the feminine plural. Hardly anyone seems to understand that alumni isn’t the form that covers everything.
