Nope. Bloody Marys and Caesars are different animals, although it is subtle. One uses clamato and the other is made with tomato juice. I like mine with Extreme Beans and extra tabasco.
You might argue, so what? If you put a pickled onion instead of an olive in gin and vermouth you have a Gibson not a Martini, so :p.
