There was a vehicle behind me for miles this morning (like Everett to about North Seattle). The driver appeared to have blue LED lips. Eventually, she changed lanes and I could see that she had a blue, light-emitting device in her mouth, with a cord hanging down. Any idea what this thing was? My WAG is it might have been some sort of teeth-whitening device.

Could have been. I could only get a glimpse, as there was traffic.
Either that or she had fluorescent blue lipstick and a black light.
Or has discovered bioluminescent cyanosis.
I came in to suggest the device pictured above, but was too late so I coined a new term that I now expect to get a grant to study.
