The little one is a Bluey fan and I was thinking about buying the dvd’s for her to watch when she’s visiting.

You can buy Season One which has 52 episodes and Season Two which also has 52 episodes. Or you can buy a combined Season 1 & 2 package, which has 103 episodes.

The math doesn’t add up. Was there a “lost” episode included in the separate dvd’s that didn’t get included in the combined one? Or was there an episode which appeared in both separate seasons but only got counted once in the combined dvd?

It’s missing the episode “Dad Baby”, which Disney removed.

But, according to Reddit:

the third disc has a bonus feature called “The Australian Originals”, which lets you watch the uncensored versions of the episodes, plus Dad Baby.

I’m amazed Disney could find anything objectionable in any Bluey episode. Did they mishear the Australian accent as “Dead Baby” or something?

Apparently there was a discussion about childbirth that Disney felt some parents might object to.
