You are not going to want the bomb squad to diffuse that bomb round your neck, because they diffuse bombs with a disrupting charge that will take your neck with it.
You might like them to defuse it, though.
And the latest technology for explosive detection is bees - fast to train (one exposure can be enough), and very sensitive. And you could have detection for a wider range of explosives (bees are cheap).
