What wonderful news! The essential schtick to Tintin was that the characters were cartoony, but the backgrounds were realistic. Mo-cap seems like the perfect way to bring that to the screen.
I’m all for it… so long as it doesn’t fall into the creepy Uncanny Valley of not-quite-rightness that we saw in The Polar Express and Final Fantasy.
