Born in East L.A./Coming to America

Last night I was watching You Tube clips of the Cheech Marin movie, Born in East L.A. The ending where Cheech leads a thousand or so souls across the border in a mass migration/ stampede to the accompaniment of Neil Diamond’s, Coming to America, is classic.

Got me to thinking, What if?

During a Trump rally a group of protesters, equipped with that new “Hello Moto” phone, with the attachment to project to a 70 inch screen, put the movie ending scene up on 10, 20, 50, 100?, available surfaces, with the song playing at top volume on the same number of speakers. All synced of course.

Will it push the Cheeto-in-Chief over the edge? I don’t know, but I feel something like this will get him a few steps closer.

Hmm, I wonder? Oh shit, I gotta do this. Just when I think I’m out, they pull me back in. At least there’s plenty of bail money.
