Well, I recently heard of a glow-in-the-dark salve applied to the cervix that is supposed to be more accurate in finding polyps/cysts/fibroids. Apply the salve, turn off the lights, crouch between your patient’s legs and … wa!la!.. a glowing purple light that illuminates said polyps/cysts/fibroids.
Considering you were lying prone, with legs akimbo trying to turn on the hot water, and you saw a purple light…

That’s what I was thinking. Naked Bosda + Magnesium Sulfate + Copper pipes may have resulted in a crude battery. I have no idea what could be in the water that would produce a purple flash though.
Nah, Magnesium prefers to be oxidized, and copper prefers to be reduced (See the Electrochemical Series ). What you’d have with Epsom salts and copper pipes would be a dead battery. Besides, if there was enough juice to form a large visible spark, Bosda probably would have been electrocuted.
