Played by Gilda Radner in multiple Weekend Update appearances. Also featured in Radner’s one-woman Broadway show Gilda Live From New York, a performance of which was filmed and released in cinemas in 1980 under the title Gilda Live.

As for #9 (could be alive today), depends on how old the character was in the 1970s. I assumed she was supposed to be in her 60s or 70s, which would put her around 105-115 today.
