A couple of points - if you don’t know the answer to your own IQ, it doesn’t count for anything, even if it’s the correct answer.

would otherwise be a legitimate game winner. Obviously, it shouldn’t be.
I am a fan of Wodehouse, in fact, and yet, I confess myself to be stumped, partly because so many of Bertie’s chums who get themselves into scrapes go by their first names, or their Drones’ Club nicknames, which are all that come to mind at present. The only research honour will allow is a re-reading of the Wodehouse oeuvre, which I will gladly undertake.
Google is, in my opinion, the equivalent of dropping your panache on the field of battle to escape the enemy’s notice.
I prefer the game as we’ve been playing it thus far - no research of any kind (unless the OP needs to do so to accurately answer a question).
On very short notice, Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos occasionally sent the helicopters he was lending Francis Ford Coppola to film Apocalypse Now off to fight insurgents in the jungles.
Well done, Elendil’s Heir! I think I like the rule on having to know the answer to your own IQ (which I have flouted twice in this last game, but was wrong both times anyway), will stick to this in future.
