By my count, @De_La_Rue and @knoodler each have two remaining DQs, and @kitap has one.
A bit over six and a half hours to go.
DQ: from The Music Man or Oklahoma?
1 DQ reserved.
I don’t believe I do.
I will yield my two DQs to someone else.
Post 159.
Don’t see where you’ve asked it.

Final DQ: from a musical with a US state! in the title?
Hmmm. Haven’t seen either. Anyone want my DQ?
I’m not familiar with either of those musicals.
I’m pretty sure I know who it is. But I can’t construct a suitable DQ.

Apologies for the delay – I will chide this book for having made me return so late!
“Firstname Lastname” DQs – ask 'em if you’ve got 'em
When I claimed I knew who it was, I was sure it was Aunt Eller. But the last DQ disproved that theory.
So now I think it’s the Mayor’s wife in The Music Man, but if I need her actual name, I don’t think I know it.
But De La Rue deserves the credit if I’m right, I was just flailing in the too broad region of theater.
Against all expectations, a name has popped into my head.
Are you Eulalie McKenzie Peck?
Are you Eulalie McKenzie Peck?
Close enough. Yes, I am Eulalie Mackecknie Shinn, wife of River City’s mayor, George Shinn.
@De_La_Rue, what led you to ask about those two specific musicals?
Or Shim?, rather.
Lucky guess. I was thinking Aunt Eller as well, but also the yearly spring musicals we did in middle school, and The Music Man seemed more likely than Oliver!, Guys and Dolls, South Pacific, or Cinderella.
