Nothing. Nothing at all. It is a typical .22LR revolver, well-priced, albeit a little bit heavier than some. But it’s a nice piece.

OP might’ve overstated it some. It’s a K-frame, which is the standard or medium size for S&W.
One reason folks like it is because it’s the same size as the 686 which is a 357 Mag revolver. They get to shoot an almost identical gun at a cheaper price. Well, somewhat cheaper these days.
A . 243 brush is the perfect size for cleaning the cylinder.
