Bouquet garni bags in pressure cooker?

I got an Instant Pot recently (protip: get an Instant Pot) and already love it.

The other night I did an Indian dish that called for things like cardamon pods and whole cloves. Delicious as it was (so delicious) I don’t like picking around stuff like that.

Normally I would use a bouquet garni bag for inedible aromatics,* but are they okay in the pressure cooker? I only have a vague idea of what’s happening in there, but based on the amount of steam that releases at the end, it seems pretty catastrophic. I don’t want to worry about a bag unraveling or something unwholesome leaking into my food due to the higher pressure.

*Don’t try and convince me that cardamon pods are edible. Blech.
