Bourbon recommendations

Thirding Blanton’s. Not only is it delicious, but it looks like the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch sitting on the shelf. Woodford Reserve is excellent as well.

Maker’s Mark is my minimum standard – which reminds me, I am out and need to pick some up.

It also sounds like I should keep my eyes peeled for the Wild Turkey Rare Breed…

So, any of you bourbon drinkers ever run across Qi, by St George Spirits? They’re more famous for their absinthe, Verte, and vodka, Hangar One. Qi is made with fruit (I can’t remember what they said at the tasting- lot of info and liquor concurrently) and lapsang souchang, the smoked black tea from Tibet. Starts of nice and sweet, with an immense smoke followed by root beer. Check it out.
