I have accomplished the most painfully retarded task of tech-dom. I have installed successfully, Windows XP Pro on a 133 mhz Pentium Proteva computer. Muwhahahaha!
How does she run?
quite slow! but its the principle of the matter!
Err, let me get this straight. You installed a bug filled OS that is about as secure as a fishing net on an old machine and you are happy about it?
Good for you, but what is the point?
Slee
very cool. I hope you won a bet on that.
I once installed windows 2000 pro on a pentium S100 system with 64 megs of RAM. It loaded OK but as soon as I clicked on a control panel icon, it blue screened on me.
I installed Windows 95 on a 486SX25 with 4 megs of RAM once. ONCE. Only took 2.5 hours and I had a whopping 80MB of hard drive space left.
So how long does that PC take to boot up, Stccrd?
It takes probably about 1 and half minutes to boot up, and its response time when logged on is fairly good…its surprising how well it actually works…
