Boxer from the 60s or 70s

I’m looking for information for a family member about a boxer from the 60s or 70s. It is kind of a shot in the dark about the time, but we have a name. Jim (James) Maxwell. He was a lightweight boxer and at one point lived in Ohio. Anyone have any ideas? I’ll be googling until I go nuts, but I don’t know for sure where to start.

I have had good luck with the Boxing Rec website in the past. I can’t find a listing for anyone quite like you describe, but you might play with the search options and have better luck.
