“You like-a da juice, yeah? Juice is good, eh? I get you more juice!”
Yeah, I would assume that’s why the Food Authority is investigating. In the case when I saw the aftermath of the kid going through the glass door, the food prep area was at the other end of the whole shop and they were able to open a different door to let people in and out.
I can understand a delay in clean-up, and I can even understand patrons being in the place if the mess is isolated and quarantined, but really, I’d have closed the store if I was the manager. You have no idea how far stuff could have spattered.
Based on the photo, I’d say they just shut down the “salad area”, but the other half of the shop was still operating.
I lived in Australia for awhile and I still follow Australian news, and I find quotes like this hilarious. Almost any story about a violent crime will have someone making a statement about how this is something you would expect to see in that hellhole known as America, but not in peaceful, fun-loving Australia. Two people found slaughtered and stuffed in barrels? How did this American-style violence find its way to Australia? Little kids stabs another little kid to death? Wow, our schools are starting to be just like the ones in the U.S.! Dude, quit dragging us into your bloodbaths!
