The hair cut in the pictue is called a Ceasar where I’m from. That looks like a dark (or black) Ceasar-- as opposed to a light (or white) one.

P.S. I didn’t know that what white people call a Ceasar haircut is totally different for what black and Hispanics mean when they call a haircut a Ceasar.
