On the contrary, I think it was a great time, especially considering that he wasn’t seriously trying to knock anyone more deserving out of the slot - he himself voted for someone else, and his speech makes it clear that he’s not taking himself seriously. He was just trying to be silly and waste 3-5 minutes of his classmates time. And maybe get laid, I dunno.
