Just sayin’, I think you’re misreading his post. You seem to be interpreting it as Bricker saying, “Are you suggesting that there’s no possible violation of law? Because even though I can’t think of one, it’s perfectly reasonable for either of these Republican gentlemen to speculate that there might be one. It’s possible, right?”
“Aha!” says RTFirefly. “Then I will remember this the next time you ask for specifics on the statute violated in some other scenario. You’ve fallen right into my trap!”
How I interpreted Bricker’s post: “Can you be more specific what your gotcha is? If you are, I might bother to answer. As it is, it’s not clear what you’re going on about.”
Just my PSA, trying to head off the next Pit thread where you take Bricker to task for his “hypocrisy,” when in reality it will just be based on a misinterpretation. No need to thank me.
