Haven’t we had enough of the French bashing threads?
I think that any country, no matter how much they “owe” use, are allowed to have their own opinions. Esp. as a country is made up of individuals, most of whom are not responsible for the atrocities (or failures) their gov’t committed (Germany cough France…)…many, many years ago.
Please, for the love of fromage, can we stop…?

If you had, you might have noticed the post in which I stated I never intended the OP as a factual historical treatise.
Admittedly, I should have stated right up front in said OP:
