Britney Spears, Pac-Man, Slave to You, and those sounds...HELP ME!

In the Britney Spears song, Slave to You, there are these sounds that play over and over again durring the chorus mainly, and they sound SO familier to me. It reminds me of something from the 80’s, a cartoon or something, and the only thing that comes to mind is SOMETHING to do with Pac-Man, like maybe a cartoon of it or something, I really have no idea.

Please help me before I go mad.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! You know, now I have that stupid song stuck in my head again! This is all your fault, Brent! :stuck_out_tongue:

Why would you listen to her music? At least in the videos, you can watch her boobies.

Just for the RECORD, I don’t listen to her music usually, unless it just comes on the station my radio is tuned to and I don’t feel like changing it.

I just have to figure out what that sound is from!

Of all the songs…

I wish I could help you figure out what the sounds are but I can’t listen to it…the harmonies in the chorus are the musical equivalent of fingernals on a blackboard to me. However, if for some reason, do to drpession or some other factor, I decide I need to torture myself I’lll give it a listen and try to figure it out.

Hey, hey, you don’t have to explain to me why you like sissy little pop rock…

Yeah, I can hear what you mean. It’s like a boingy techno version of the sound Pac Man makes when he get’s nailed.

How ironic that everybody’s favorite “virgin” would use the sound of somebody getting nailed. . .or has she given up that charade?

She gave it up a while back. Now all she does is answer “Sorry, that’s personal.”

Drat, now I have it in my head, too! But you’re right, it does have that arcade-like sound in the background. I hope this isn’t the start of a trend and we’ll be hearing N’Sync songs using the Legend of Zelda music. I never like hearing N’Sync songs anyway, but that would make it worse.

Maybe the reason it sounds familier is cause it sounds like every other song the Neptunes have ever produced
