There is certainly ideal point between having too many machines and techs sitting idle and having a waiting list that is too long. No down time (100% utilization) is unrealistic. Provincial health care systems strive to get that ideal point just right. When waiting lists get too long for a particular procedure or medical imaging solution, there is intense public pressure on the system to improve.
Wouldn’t it be slightly fairer to spell it correctly?
The Canadian medical system correctly diagnosed both intestinal diverticulitis and brain rot without needing to do a costly scan.
The American medical system used an expensive scan that failed to diagnose the brain rot.

I think what Brock SHOULD say is that Canada, as of now, has no magic cure for the side effects of all the steroids he has been abusing, which probably lead to his condition in the first place.
