Brown v EMA: Mission Success!

It looks like the SCOTUS upheld the lower court’s decision 7-2 and decided that, yes, video games are just as deserving of First Amendment protection as other forms of media. On one hand, it doesn’t seem like it will amount to much other than “the status quo will be upheld,” but it’s still great news.
