Budapest, Hungary dopefest in August?

If my grandma can make it (she’s 88 years old), we will take her to Hungary this August. Her parents grew up in Abaújvár, so we will visit there, but we will probably spend most of the time in Budapest. Maybe a side trip to Vienna?

Are there any dopers in Hungary? I know there are some in Bulgaria… Any other Europeans want to be shown around the Jewel of the Danube by someone who used to live there and still sorta speaks some Hungarian? Flights from London from 125 pounds!
