I don’t get the OP at all.
First e talks about an ungulate, a feline, and a politician. (There may be a bad punch line in that alone.) Then e talks about a nation collapsed into anarchy and rife with piracy. Then e talks about one of the two most populous nations and its ongoing border dispute.
I recognize all the words, but I don’t grok eir meaning.

I think his point about Somalia is that it doesn’t block UNSCO resolutions. Mostly because it doesn’t have a functioning government, but still.

I don’t see why people say they don’t understand what the OP is saying. He’s upset that President Obama supports giving India a permanent seat on the Security Council because the OP is Pakistani and upset about Indian control of Kashmir.

The Somalia comment is tongue in cheek. He’s saying that Somalia, for all its unsuitability to be a permanent member of the UN Security Council, at least doesn’t disobey UN Security Council resolutions, the way that India does on Kashmir. In other words, he’s saying that India shouldn’t be a perm. member of the Security Council because of their noncompliance with UN Security Council resolutions.
My written Urdu is passable, though probably not good enough for a political debate. Nor is my spoken Urdu. I grew up in Pakistan. But your point is well taken, I grow weary of people making fun of non-native speakers’ English skills. Strangely I suffer the same ridicule when I try to speak Chinese, only 10X worse.
When I went to India and watched a Pakistan-India cricket match back in the 1980s, no one attacked me for cheering for Pakistan. In fact there were plent of Indian Muslims cheering for Pakistan, which I would have had a bigger problem with. Try going to a Pakistani staduim and shouting “Jai Hind!”. You will be lucky to make it out alive with a police escort. Heck I have seen England supporters having to be escorted out after unfurling the St. George Cross or Union Jack.
Having 7M Muslilms living unhappily under Indian rule, is a million times preferable to having 3M Hindus living under Pakistani rule, because pretty soon after accession to Pakistan we can look forward to the forced migration of most of the 3M Hindus, just like 1947. Pakistanis can never seem to understand that everyone outside the Muslim world intuitively recognizes this. Muslims living in a (nominally) secular state are much better off than non-muslims living in an Islamic Republic.
