bug identification

Can anyone identify this critter? Ive not seen anything like it before, but I dont get out much…

Cool. Tiny, out-of-focus photographs with lousy contrast.

It look like a newly pupated fly: the wiings haven’t yet expanded. But the photos don’t show mouthparts and the head is just a black blob due to size and lack of contrast.

Any chance of getting some better pictures?

My camera isnt that great at detail that small, plus they kept moving around, but if I can find some tomorrow if its sunny I’ll try.

It has the look of a treehopper nymph about it, like this Entylia carinata nymph.
If this says what I think it does, the bug is native to Canada:
