Building an acoustic anechoic chamber

I’ve been thinking about improving the laboratory on my campus, and one thing I think we really need is an extremely efficient anechoic chamber. Now, there are grants floating around that I could apply for to get the funding, but before I go talk to people I need to have a sound construction plan. Unfortunately, I’ve been having trouble finding any explicit guides to building a chamber. I’m essentially looking for a publication or series of publications which will let me learn:

a) What the different common configurations for wedges are, and what benefits and disadvantages each has.

b) The exact specifications for each wedge (measurements, tolerances, all that good stuff)

I figure there are probably some engineers on the board who deal with this kind of thing on a fairly regular basis, so I’m hoping someone has a good idea of articles or books I should be looking up.
