I’ve got a lot of CD’s I’d like to burn to my iTunes library, but I don’t want to take up space on the hard drive of my computer.
Is there a way I can burn them to the cloud, and than access them for iTunes?

Nitpick: I believe you’re trying to ask about ‘ripping to the Cloud’. Ripping is the term for taking a physical disk and extracting digital data that can be stored elsewhere. Burning is the opposite process, writing files from your computer (or the cloud) onto a blank disk.
It looks to me as if the iTunes cloud doesn’t support ripped music, though you can sort-of simulate it if you pay extra for iTunes match.
Yes. It’s called iTunes in the Cloud, and it’s $30 a year. It analyses your iTunes library, and all the songs that it finds in its database are accessible to you on your computer and all your iOS devices.
ETA: Yes, iTunes Match is what you are looking for. Thank you, chrisk.
