Actually, TJ Hooker made a common C blooper: He used = instead of == in a comparison context. As C is as permissive as a stoned hippy, it happily assigned the value referenced by Bad to the place in memory referenced by Bush. As the = operator always returns a true result when used in a conditional context, the conditional code will always be executed and he’ll probably have fubared his code by losing a variable’s value.

I believe most lints will catch that error, so proper use of a code auditing tool should reduce the problems he has while coding drunker than an Irish sailor.
