Actually, Presidents are immune to lawsuits for official Presidential actions. The Paula Jones suit was for alleged conduct done in the personal sphere (not related to exercising the duties of his office).
The fired prosecutors can’t sue him, because they serve at the pleasure of the President. Of course, impeachment is still an option if Congress had any balls (since an impeachable offense is whatever Congress says it is and is unreviewable in any court).
