Excuse me, but why is everyone taking a 6 year old’s version of events as fact, as compared to the President of the United States??? If Bush says the kid is 6, then that’s good enough for me and the kid is obviously only trying to make trouble.:dubious:

I notice that he never did come back and answer the question as to whether he visited any of the wounded, or went to any of the funerals of the dead, as I have done. Not that I expect an answer now, but I’ll allow Reeder another chance. So I ask you, Reeder: Have you gone to see any of the wounded and/or gone to the funerals of the dead? All that is required is a Yes or No answer.
I think you can type a few letters in between your hunt for minutiae that possibly portends what you perceive as another lie from Bush. Hell, it only took me 3 minutes to type this whole post, and I can’t type. It takes me…yes…no…three seconds total to type both words, and another to submit.
How about it? Yes or No. That’s all I ask.

Even though I believe the administration has secret evidence that the boy is really six, but cannot reveal it for fear of endangering the source. You’re just going to have to trust the President on this one.
I heard that the evidence was contained on a tape, but there is an 18 1/2 minute gap on it!
I have a recording of Arlo Guthrie in which he claims that Nixon erased his personal copy of Alice’s Restaurant from the tape.
And to think that all this time Nixon was telling the truth. Even Arlo thinks so. Whodathunkit?

Perhaps another attempt to recreate Bush senior’s administration. Back in 1990, I think it was, Bush the Elder was visiting a kindergarten, and one boy piped up, “How do I know you’re really the President? How do I know you’re not some joker guy?” In all seriousness, Bush pulled out his wallet to display his driver’s license, library card, and photo of himself and Bar; then the kid was convinced.
That was a cute story, though not necessarily front page-worthy. When I read the OP-linked item, however, (and I saw it before I saw this thread), I kept waiting for the punchline, and there wasn’t one.
