I think on international flights, most business class flyers are business guys who’s company foots the bill.
Oh you’d be surprised, very, very surprised at how much that’s a misconception. I’m, shall we say, involved in travel reservations, and the number of people who actually pay for business class is astounding.
In fact, the most common complaint I deal with is freequent fliers whose upgrade didn’t clear the waitlist.
